AWF Kids Birthday Parties 🎉

Come and party with real Ninjas and have exclusive use of our Ninja gym and party room for 2 hours!! Our Ninjas are some of the best ninjas in Australia!! They compete on a State, National and some of them even a Word Level. If you're lucky, they might even show you some of their Ninja Warrior skills!!

Our experienced and accomplished Ninja Coaches will lead you through exciting obstacle courses and fun activities, ensuring everyone has a great time. Plus, you’ll have the opportunity to compete in a ninja warrior competition, with the podium winners and the Njnja who displays the best sportsmanship receiving awesome ninja prizes 🏆

NINJA PARTY PACKAGE:
• 2 hours of exclusive use of our AWF Ninja Warrior gym, including party space
• Coaching and structured Ninja Warrior activities by real Ninja Warriors
• Fun Ninja Warrior competitions including awesome prizes!
•The Birthday Ninja will receive a special AWF Swag Bag
• Party's are self-caterd and you will have access to our microwave, fridge and freezer for your food and drinks
•Decorated party room including basic decorations, plates, cups, cutlery, napkins
• To make your celebration even better, we've got you covered with exclusive Pizza Hut and Hungry Wolf's and Subway discount codes, all conveniently located near our gym for easy pick up

GUIDELINES:
•Ninjas should wear comfy clothes and sneakers/runners
•Our parties are designed for children of 5-13 years of age
•All parents and children attending the party will need to sign a waiver.

BIRTHDAY PARTY SESSION TIMES:
FRIDAY: 6:00pm - 8:00pm
SATURDAY: 9:30am- 11:30am, 11:00am - 1pm, 12:30pm - 2:30pm
SUNDAY: 9:30am - 11.30am, 11:00am -1:00pm, 12.30pm - 2.30pm

PARTY PRICING:
Ninja Party: $360 (Incl GST)
for up to 15 Ninja's for 2hrs, each additional child up to 25 $12 per child

for up to 20 Ninjas for 2 hours, each additional child is $12

⏺️ Up to 15 participants: $360 (includes GST) 💰

⏺️ Additional participants: $12 per person for over 15 participants 👦👧

⏺️ A deposit of $180 is needed to secure your date and the remaining balance is due on the day of the event, including any additional guests, should your party exceed 15. 🎉

Once your deposit is received, we will:

⏺️ Send you a digital invitation to share with your guests 📧

⏺️ Provide a waiver form for you to distribute to all parents of the children attending 📝

Event Details:

⏺️ You’re welcome to arrive 15 minutes early to set up in our party space ⏰

⏺️ Feel free to bring any food and drinks you wish! We have a fridge, microwave, and kitchenette available for your use, we also supply plates and cutlery 🍕🍩🥤

⏺️ If you'd prefer, Pizza Hut, Domino's, and Subway are nearby for quick pickup or delivery. 🍕 For sushi, you can place an order at www.sushiizu.com.au 🍣

Schedule:

⏺️ 1 hour of semi-structured Ninja Warrior fun 🏃‍♂️💪

⏺️ Party food and cake for 20-30 minutes 🍰🎂 (make sure your pizza or food is ready halfway through your party time)

⏺️ Mini competition with more Ninja Warrior activities, followed by the podium presentation and podium prizes 🏅🏆

Important Notes:

⏺️ Siblings of the birthday child are welcome to join at no extra cost and the birthday child is also free and not included in the numbers, please note that all siblings/participants must be 5 years or older unless full parental supervision is provided for younger children 👶👦

⏺️ Participants should wear comfortable clothing and enclosed sneakers (NO CROCS!) 👟👚

⏺️ Please ensure all guests arrive on time to participate in the safety walkthrough and obstacle briefing 🚨
